Old Mutual PLC13 June 2005 Share interests Old Mutual plc (the "Company") announces that it received the following noticeabout significant shareholdings on 10 June 2005: • notice dated 10 June 2005 informing the Company that Sanlam Investment Management (Pty) Limited had at that date a notifiable interest, for the purposes of Part VI of the UK Companies Act 1985, in 4.20% of the Company's ordinary share capital, represented by an aggregate holding of 162,122,094 shares.
