Abraxus Investments PLC07 December 2005 7 December 2005 Abraxus Investments PLC ("Abraxus" or the "Company") Share Holdings in Company The Company was notified on 6 December 2005 that Mission Capital PLC isinterested in 6,624,444 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), registered in the name of Pershing Keen Nominees Limited,representing 19.23 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
