The Agreementenvisaged that certain claw back provisions would apply depending on the amountrealised from the disposal of the property at Barracks Road,Newcastle-under-Lyme (the "Property") on or before 31 December 2007. Discussionsare currently ongoing that may now result in the Property being leased.Consequently, the claw back provisions in the Agreement have been amended toinclude a revaluation of the Property by no later than 30 September 2008.
