Share dealings by Tyman plc Employees' Benefit Trust ("EBT")

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of components to the door and window industry, was notified on 12 March 2014 by Sanne Trust Company Limited, the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made transfers of Tyman shares to award holders of awards vesting on 11 March 2014, under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") and the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "DSBP").

Tyman also received notification from the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made purchases of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.

Following the transactions described above, the EBT now holds 1,866,713 Ordinary Shares representing 1.10 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital, being 169,552,950 Ordinary Shares.
