The Company was informed on 3 September 2014 that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu have on 29 August 2014 purchased 10,148,720 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.14 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 28,297,656 Ordinary Shares, representing 28.3% of the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
