Share dealings by Tyman plc Employees' Benefit Trust ("EBT")

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, was notified on 12 March 2018 by Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made transfers of 349,433 Tyman shares to holders of awards vesting on 9 March 2018, under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") and the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "DSBP").

Tyman also received notification from the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made purchases of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company. The EBT purchased 177,701 Tyman shares on 9 March 2018 at a price of £2.9575 per share.

Following the transactions described above, the EBT now holds 608,014 Ordinary Shares representing 0.34 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital, being 178,053,330 Ordinary Shares.
