Tri-Star (AIM: TSTR), the independent mining and mineral processing company, announces that the Company has been notified that on 15th March 2016 Guy Eastaugh, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 27,630,310 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.09p per share.
Following this transaction, Guy Eastaugh's total beneficial holding amounts to 40,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.47% of the Company's issued share capital.
