Share Dealing by a Director
Just Eat plc (LSE: JE), a leading global marketplace for online food delivery, announces that Paul Harrison, its Chief Financial Officer, elected to make the maximum individual employee contribution permitted under the Just Eat Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme"). Participation in the Scheme has been offered to all Company employees meeting the eligibility criteria. Under the Scheme, in return for a monthly saving commitment, participants receive a share option over ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Shares") in the Company at a fixed discount to the prevailing market price.
Paul Harrison yesterday received an option over 3,461 Shares on this basis. The options have been granted at a price of 520p per Share and vest after 3 years with the options first becoming exercisable on 1 November 2020.
