Share Consolidation - Updated Timetable
The Company announces that, in relation to the proposed one-for-ten consolidation of its ordinary 5p shares, the expected effective time for the share consolidation¹ will now be 7.00 a.m. on Monday 10 May 2010. Accordingly, the record date will be 5.30 p.m. on Friday 7 May 2010.

¹ Assuming that the resolution to effect the share consolidation is approved by shareholders at the AGM.
As set out in the resolution to effect the share consolidation to be put to shareholders at the AGM, the share consolidation will be in respect of all of the Company's ordinary 5p shares in issue as at the close of business on 6 May 2010. Accordingly, no new ordinary 5p shares will be issued by the Company between such time and the time at which the share consolidation becomes effective.
