Huntsworth PLC13 July 2005 Huntsworth plc ("the Company") The Company confirms that application has been made to the UKLA for the shareconsolidation approved by shareholders at the AGM of 5 July 2005, and that theshare consolidation is expected to become effective on 14 July 2005. As result of the share consolidation, the issued share capital of the companywill be 188,007,175 ordinary shares of 50p each.
