Share Capital Consolidation, Amendment to the Official List, Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

PV Crystalox Solar PLC (the "Company") announces that further to the announcement released on 5 June 2019 and following the Share Capital Consolidation which is expected to complete at 6.05 p.m. today, 7,285,408 new ordinary shares of 3.0206 pence each (the "New Ordinary Shares") are expected to be admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission") at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow. The New Ordinary Shares have an ISIN of GB00BJ0CHQ31.

Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1A(1), following Admission the Company's issued share capital will consist of 7,285,408 ordinary shares of 3.0206 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). 

The figure of 7,285,408 Ordinary Shares may therefore be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Capitalised terms used herein will have the meaning given to them in the Circular posted to shareholders on 17 April 2019.
