Share Buy Back
Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 28 May 2024, it purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 53.74 pence per Ordinary Share.
All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under its share repurchase programme are to be held in Treasury. In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased 8,669,543 Ordinary Shares.
Following the purchase, the Company has 125,869,708 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 8,674,445 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
