Share Buyback
Adamas Finance Asia Limited, the London quoted pan-Asian diversified investment vehicle, is pleased to announce it has purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company for an aggregate purchase price of US$2,600 (the "Shares") (being a price of US$0.52 per ordinary share). The Shares will be held in treasury.
Following the purchase of the Shares, the Company's total share capital is 88,733,069 ordinary shares, of which 87,901,265 ordinary shares have voting rights and 831,804 ordinary shares are held in treasury. The figure of 87,901,265 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
