Share buyback

VinaLand Limited ('the Company' or 'VNL') announces that on 14 December 2011, pursuant to the share buyback programme announced on 14 October 2011, the Company purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at an average price of US$0.715 per share. 

Following this transaction, the 250,000 Ordinary Shares will be cancelled. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 498,067,622 and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 498,067,622.
