Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC announces that it has today bought back 100,000 of its own shares, to be held in treasury, at an average price of 575.0p. The highest and the lowest price paid was 575.0p. Further details are set out below:

Number of shares held in treasury following this purchase: 150,000

Total shares in issue excluding treasury shares following this purchase: 72,763,000

The highest and lowest prices paid for the buy backs completed on 28 April 2015, which were announced earlier today, were 580.0p and 574.5p respectively.
