Share Buy-Back
Servoca, the AIM listed specialist outsourcing and recruitment solutions provider, announces that on 25 January 2016 it bought back 66,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25.5 pence per Ordinary Share ("the Purchase"). This Purchase was in accordance with the terms of its general authority to make market purchases of its own shares granted to it by shareholders of the Company and a share buyback agreement the Group entered into with finnCap on 6 January 2016. These shares will be held in treasury, and in total there are now 987,626 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The Company advises that, following the Purchase, the Company's issued ordinary share capital remains unchanged. The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is now 124,588,327. This figure represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
