Densitron Technologies Plc (the "Company"), announces that on Tuesday, 21 October 2008 it purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 5 pence per share. This represents approximately 0.72 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The purchased shares will be held by the Company in treasury.
The Company was authorised to make market purchases of its own shares at the Annual General Meeting held on 8 August 2008. Following this purchase the Company holds 500,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 69,169,106 ordinary shares in issue excluding those held in treasury.
