SHARE BUY-BACK ENGAGEMENT EXTENSION

BlueCrest AllBlue Fund Limited ("BCAB" or the "Company") announces the extension of the share buy-back engagement (the "Engagement ") that was implemented with effect from 28 May 2012. The term of the Engagement, which was due to expire on 25 May 2013, has been extended to 25 November 2013.

Share buy-backs under the Engagement will be made pursuant to the shareholder authority granted to the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 3 August 2012, or any subsequent shareholder meeting.
