Share buy-back
Cupid announces that it has today purchased 50,500 of its ordinary shares of 2.5p each at a volume weighted average price paid per share of 183.05p. The highest price paid per share was 185p and the lowest price paid per share was 181.25p. Cupid purchased these shares through Peel Hunt LLP. The number of shares purchased represents 0.06% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchase. The purchased shares will be cancelled.
The total number of ordinary shares of 2.5p each in issue following this announcement is 84,153,971. Cupid holds no shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company following this announcement is 84,153,971.
Cupid has purchased 943,000 of its own shares since the commencement of the buy-back programme on 7 January 2013.
