Tau Capital plc (the "Company") announces today that on the 19th March 2012 it purchased 1,000,000 shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of USD 0.45 cents per share. The repurchased shares will be cancelled as soon as possible.

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the above, and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 225,458,464 Ordinary Shares.
