Share Buy-Back and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that in accordance with the Capital Reorganisation as set out in the Circular dated 28 July 2017, the Company has bought back a total of 154,656 Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 123,132,962 (excluding the 2,442,991 Ordinary Shares held in treasury). This figure represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
