Tau Capital plc (the "Company") announces today that on the 4th April 2012 it purchased 500,000 shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of USD 0.465 cents per share. The repurchased shares will be cancelled as soon as possible.

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the above, and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 224,308,464 Ordinary Shares.
