SThree plc announces that on 1 July 2008 it purchased for cancellation 71,709 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, at an average price of 152.4281 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 158.75 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 150.75 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued share capital is now 129,544,502 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
