Sepura announces that its Executive Directors were yesterday granted the following share awards over ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in the Company ("Shares").
Sepura Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") Awards
LTIP awards were granted under the LTIP over the Company's Shares as follows:-

Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP")
Deferred Bonus awards relating to annual bonuses earned for 2014 were granted under the Company's DBP as follows:-
