Transense Technologies plc (the 'Company' or 'Transense')

Share Allotment

On 26 September the Company allotted a total of 35,031 ordinary shares of 1p ("Ordinary Shares") each as a result of the exercise of warrants at a price of 4.5p per share.

The issued share capital now stands at 132,242,167 Ordinary Shares. Application has been made for these shares for admission to trading on AIM which is expected on 3 October 2011.
