SEVEN GOLDEN GLOBE NOMINATIONS FOR E1 ENTERTAINMENT
Entertainment One Ltd., a leading international content ownership and distribution business, is pleased to announce seven Golden Globe™ nominations across its television production and film distribution businesses.
Nominations include Best Actor (Thomas Jane) and Best Supporting Actress (Jane Adams) for the E1 production, Hung broadcast by HBO in the US. The nominations mark the first Golden Globe™ recognition for an E1-produced television show.
Another E1 TV production The Courageous Heart of Irena Sendler (produced in conjunction with Hallmark Hall of Fame), received a Best Actress Nomination (Anna Paquin). The production is distributed world-wide by E1.
Films receiving nominations and distributed internationally by E1 included Baaria nominated for Best Foreign Language film, The Last Station nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama (Helen Mirren) and Best Supporting Actor (Christopher Plummer) and An Education nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture (Carey Mulligan).

The winners of the Golden Globes will be announced on Sunday, January 17th, 2010.
