Settlement of Patent Infringement claim
NetDimensions (AIM: NETD), a provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, has settled a complaint for patent infringement served within the United States on 25 March 2010 by the US District Court, Eastern District of Texas, Tyler Division. The plaintiff was IpLearn LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, and was against eight defendants which included the Group.
The Board believes that there has been no patent infringement, but has decided that settling the dispute quickly is in the best interest of both the Company and its shareholders. The settlement terms are confidential under United States law but all outstanding matters have been resolved.
