FOR RELEASE 7.00 am 6 JUNE 2006 SCOTT TOD PLC ("Scott Tod" or "the Company") Settlement of Employment Claims with Mr & Mrs Tod Scott Tod plc ("the Company") announces that it has entered into agreementswith Mr & Mrs Nicholas Tod which resolves all matters relating to their prioremployment with the Company.
