Settlement of case no. 134/2/2016 regarding Electrica's request for suspension of the ANRE Order no. 165/2015 regarding the ammendament of the Tariff Pricing Methodology for Electricity Distribution Service, approved by the Order of the President of the National Regulatory Authority for Energy (ANRE) no. 72/2013

Electrica hereby informs that, on 2nd of October 2018, the High Court of Cassation and Justice has finally dismissed the file no. 134/2/2016, having as object the request of the suspension of the ANRE Order no. 165/2015 regarding the ammendament of the Tariff Pricing Methodology for Electricity Distribution Service, approved by the Order of the President of the National Regulatory Authority for Energy no. 72/2013 and the obligation of ANRE to pay the court costs, case in which the undersigned is a plaintiff and the National Regulatory Authority for Energy is deffendant.

We mention that on the date of the appeal which represented the object of the file no. 134/2/2016, the ANRE Order no. 165/2015 was no longer in force, being repealed by the ANRE President's Order no. 169/2018 regarding the approval of the Tariff Pricing Methodology for Electricity Distribution Service, in force starting with 21st of September 2018.
