Settlement by the High Court of Cassation and Justice of the recourse made by the Electrica Furnizare S.A. (EFSA) against the decision pronounced by the Bucharest Court of Appeal on 13 December 2021 in file 35647/3/2019.

Electrica informs the shareholders about the fact that the High Court of Cassation and Justice canceled the appeal declared by EFSA against civil the decision no. 2030A of 13 December 2021, pronounced by the Bucharest Court of Appeal in file no. 35647/3/2019, obliging EFSA to the payment to NIJLOVEANU SILVIA of the sum of RON 2,920.85, to FOLESCU IOAN of the sum of RON 2,920.85, to ROSCA IOAN of the sum of RON 2,920.85, to OANA VALENTIN TRUŢA of the sum of RON 8,832.18 and to IONESCU MARCEL VALENTIN of the sum of RON 8,832.18, as legal expenses.

The pronounced ruling is final.
