Servelec to deliver patient centred care with RiO at Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust

Servelec, the UK-based technology and software group, is pleased to announce the commencement of project delivery towards Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust's Electronic Health Record Strategy with its market leading electronic patient record (EPR) solution, RiO.

Servelec's RiO solution will support the delivery of mental health and physical health services in the community and inpatient settings across Lancashire. The project will improve the quality of care, clinical safety, patient experience and productivity, by securely sharing comprehensive clinical information electronically both within the Trust and with partner providers across general practice and social care.

RiO's secure integration with Emis' GP system will help to improve the patient experience as clinicians in both the Trust and in general practice will have the correct up-to-date information about the patient at the point of care.
