Servelec have secured a contract with Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW) for a significant number of Seprol S2000micro remote telemetry units (RTUs). As part of the first stage of their Outstation Replacement Programme, this important contract will see the first 250 RTUs delivered before the end of March 2016 with the remaining units shipped from Servelec Technologies' Sheffield Works over the remainder of 2016.
These RTUs will be used to monitor their existing pump stations, updating their current infrastructure. DCWW are one of the first UK water companies to commence replacement programmes, envisaged as part of the five year regulated investment period which commenced in April 2015.
