Senior management resignation
MayAir Group plc (AIM:MAYA), a leading specialist provider of air purification technology, announces that Zhang Xin, who is Director of Industrial sales (China), a non-Board position, has resigned from the Company with immediate effect to pursue other personal interests. On an interim basis and while the Company seeks a suitable replacement, Zhang Xin's role will be assumed by Yap Wee Keong, the Company's Chief Executive Officer.
Yap Wee Keong, Chief Executive Officer of MayAir Group, said:
"Whilst the Board is disappointed with this resignation, MayAir's brand and market position for industrial sales in China is fundamentally strong. The Company's relationships with its key customers remain intact and we look forward to continuing to work with these and new customers in the future."
