Senior management change

Nighthawk, the US focused oil development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY), announces that Kurtis Hooley has tendered his resignation as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective March 16, 2018, in order to pursue a new opportunity.

The Company will commence the search for a replacement and will make an announcement in due course. Mr. Hooley will be available to assist in the transition of responsibilities.

Rick McCullough, Chairman of Nighthawk, said: "We would like to thank Kurtis for his efforts over the last two years, and wish him well in his new endeavours."
