Senior Management Appointment
Playtech, (LSE: PTEC) the international designer, developer, licensor and provider of software and services for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, announces that it has appointed Adam Kay as Head of Investor Relations with effect from 1 December 2012.
Adam has over ten years of investor relations and related corporate communications experience and joins the Company from Signet Jewelers Limited, the NYSE and LSE dual-listed jewellery retailer where he was Investor Relations Manager.
Previously Adam worked at Georgesons, where he was involved in investor engagement and proxy solicitation. He has also worked as Head of Research at Manifest, a global corporate governance support and proxy voting service. Adam will work closely with Playtech's executive management and external investor and analyst audiences to promote Playtech's strong investment case.
