Senior management appointment

Nighthawk, the US focused oil development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY), announces the appointment of Chris Kohler to serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary, effective as of 27 February 2018. Mr. Kohler has over 15 years of financial and operational management experience, which includes 7 years of experience with international accounting for multiple oil and gas companies, and will be responsible for all accounting, finance and administrative functions of the Company. Mr. Kohler holds a Masters of Accountancy, as well as a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Colorado.

Following Mr. Kohler's appointment and transition of responsibilities, Kurtis Hooley, the Company's former CFO and Company Secretary, will be leaving the Company on 16 March 2018, to pursue a new opportunity.
