Chorion PLC13 December 2005 13 December 2005 JEREMY BANKS TO LEAVE COMMERCIAL POST AT CHORION Chorion PLC (LSE: COR.L) announces that Jeremy Banks will be leaving the Groupat the end of January. Jeremy has been with the Chorion group since July 2001. He was appointed GroupFinance Director upon Chorion's flotation in May 2002 and performed this roleuntil October of last year when he was promoted to the new position ofCommercial Director. The role of Commercial Director was created to assist inthe expansion of Chorion, create new commercial opportunities and activelypursue acquisitions. In the last 18 months Chorion has acquired the Roger Hargreaves Estate (Mr Men &Little Miss), the Raymond Chandler Estate (Philip Marlowe) and Silver LiningProductions Limited and developed other commercial opportunities. Theseactivities have resulted in fast paced, significant growth for Chorion. Following this period of growth, Jeremy has now decided to take the opportunityto develop his career elsewhere and will be leaving Chorion on 31st January2006.
