CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
CLS Holdings plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Winston Huth-Wallis as Development Director.
Winston has spent the past two years at Multiplex Group where he acted as construction consultant to the Shard of Glass project. Prior to joining the Multiplex Group, he was part of the Canary Wharf team and had direct responsibility for delivering the HSBC tower and the new Lehman Brothers building. His international exposure includes major high rise projects in South Africa, Eastern Europe, Middle East and the Far East.
In the first instance, Winston will concentrate on the 1.9m sq ft (176,500 sq m) London Bridge Quarter project, comprising the Shard of Glass and the redevelopment of New London Bridge House, in which CLS has a one third share. He will also have a direct involvement in the company's other longer term development opportunities at Spring Gardens, London SE1 and Vauxhall Cross, London SW8.
CLS Executive Chairman, Sten Mortstedt, commented:
"We are delighted to welcome Winston into his new role at CLS as our Development Director. Winston brings a wealth of experience in central London development, in particular building large scale commercial buildings in high density urban areas. This will be invaluable as we move forward with the London Bridge Quarter and our other central London development opportunities."
