Sellafield Agreement

International Nuclear Solutions PLC01 June 2006 International Nuclear Solutions plc Nuclear company awarded three year Framework Agreement at Sellafield International Nuclear Solutions plc ("the Company"), which announced itsadmission to AIM yesterday, confirms that it has been awarded a three yearFramework Agreement from British Nuclear Group for design/engineering work onthe Mixed Oxide Fuel ("MOX") facility at Sellafield. The Company announced the tender for this framework agreement in its admissiondocument dated 5 May 2006. The contract is expected to be worth £8 million over3 years. The MOX facility forms part of the commercial operations of the NuclearDecommissioning Authority ("NDA") and will provide revenue to support the NDA'sclean-up and decommissioning programme associated with the UK nuclear legacy. Commenting today Chris Brown, Chairman of INS said: " We are delighted to have won this contract, which was awarded to us on thebasis of the most economically advantageous following a competition process thatattracted competitors from the UK and overseas. Our experience, track record andextensive capability were all key factors.
