("JKX", the "Company" or the "Group")

Announcement under Section 430 of the Companies Act 2006

JKX announces that during the transition period (as referenced in the announcement of 30 June 2017 following the AGM), Thomas Reed remains with the Company in an advisory capacity as advisor to the acting CEO and the Board and Russell Hoare has taken on the role of acting CFO.

Until such time as any new terms of engagement are agreed, Thomas Reed and Russell Hoare shall continue to be remunerated on the basis of their previous contractual arrangements with the Company.
