On 11th December 2006, Royal Dutch Shell plc ("the Company") received notification from UBS AG, pursuant to Section 198 Companies Act 1985 that at the close of its business on 7th December 2006, UBS AG, acting through its business group and legal entities ceased to have a notifiable interest in the "A" shares of Euro 0.07 each in the Company.
