SECONDARY PLACING OF ORDINARY SHARES IN RIGHTMOVE PLC ("RIGHTMOVE")
UBS Limited ("UBS") and Numis Securities Limited ("Numis") announce that, following agreement between UBS, Numis and the selling shareholder approximately 21 million ordinary shares in Rightmove, representing in aggregate 18.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of Rightmove (the "Placing") have been placed at a price of 155 pence per ordinary share.
