Jubilee Platinum PLC06 December 2006 Jubilee Platinum Plc ("Jubilee" or "the Company") Jubilee Obtains Secondary Listing On The Johannesburg Stock Exchange Jubilee is pleased to announce that it has obtained a secondary listing of itsOrdinary Shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("the JSE"). The Companysecured the secondary listing in order to access various strategic benefits forthe Group. The main purposes of the listing on the JSE are to: • provide a further funding mechanism, through which Jubilee can structure and fund development opportunities in the South African world-dominant platinum sector; • increase South African institutional investors' awareness of the Company and the institutional shareholding base ; and • facilitate direct investment in the Company by South African residents.
