Ted Baker PLC ("Ted Baker" or "the Company")
The Board of Ted Baker has today approved the payment of a second interim dividend of 11.4p per ordinary share on 26 March 2010 to holders on the register on 5 March 2010. This dividend will replace the Final Dividend that would normally be approved at the AGM of the Company to be held in June 2010 and paid thereafter.
