Scrip Listing
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority of the FSA for a Scrip listing of 5,574,628 Ordinary shares of 30p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares, to the Official List. The shares will be admitted on 16 May 2008.
