Scrip Listing Approval

Application has been approved by the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority of the FSA for a scrip allotment of 2,374,986 Ordinary shares of 30p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares. The shares have been approved for admission to the Official List on 31 March 2010.
