Scrip dividend share allotment
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 845,098 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.
Admission of the Shares is expected on 12 January 2022.
The Shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the interim dividend for the six month period ending 30 September 2021.
The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
