Raven Russia Limited29 August 2007 Raven Russia Limited ("Raven Russia") Scrip Dividend Scheme for the Final Dividend for the year ended 31st December 2006 The Board of Raven Russia announces that on 23rd August 2007 it approvedelections for scrip dividends in respect of 36,340,559 Raven Russia shares(8.533% of the issued share capital) and as a result, the Board of Raven Russiahas approved the issue and allotment of 622,536 new Raven Russia shares (0.146%of the issued share capital) at 116.75p per share. These shares will rank paripassu with all existing shares. Application will be made for admission of the new Raven Russia shares to tradingon the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and dealingsare expected to commence on 31st August 2007. The Raven Russia shares referred to above are Raven Russia's ordinary shares of1p each and the total number of shares in issue following the above will be426,509,088 with each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote. There areno shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Raven Russia will therefore be 426,509,088.
