The Hammerson Scrip Dividend Scheme - Application for Listing

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 4,881,115 Ordinary Shares of 25p each to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission will be granted on 13 May 2011 with dealings commencing on the same day. The shares are being issued in connection with the Hammerson Scrip Dividend Scheme. When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
