The Board has recommended an Interim Dividend of 8.7 pence per share (to be paid entirely as a Property Income Distribution) to shareholders and the Scrip Dividend Scheme will be offered in respect of this payment.
The Scrip Calculation Price which will be used in determining the number of New Ordinary Shares is 734.72 pence. It has been determined by the average of the closing middle market quotations of the Company’s ordinary shares as derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List over the five dealing days commencing on and including the ex-dividend date of 10 August 2023.
The application deadline for applying for the Scrip Dividend Scheme is 5.00 pm (London time) on 1 September 2023.
